I have literally only been home to sleep since...
On the bright side, I’ve been eating great and doing a lot of dancing!

Definitely not my best run, but at least I did...
Glad I ran, not excited with the result, but on the bright side, I walked around my neighborhood with a friend today, so that was something too.
And I repeat, I had a crappy run but I lapped everyone sitting on the couch, wishing they were thin!

Something I’ve noticed:
When I do minimal exercise (weights only three times a week), don’t watch my water intake, and eat on the lower end of calories (1100-1200) I stay the same weight.
When I do extra exercise besides my weightlifting just to get my heart rate up (dancing games) everyday, drink 2-3 times as much water, and eat more calories (1250-1400), I lose weight.
